The last
two weeks have been filled with a lot of memorable encounters, and enjoyable
get-togethers. School has just ended in Sweden, and with that several
final-days-of-school, and final-day-of-activity events have been stapled on top
of each other. And it strikes me how nice all these events are!

Celebrating Studenten. It was my cousin's two daughters,
and my other cousin's son who graduated
Great fun last week! |
They provide a chance for people to come together and meet each other, and take part in someones life (e.g. celebrating a young man or woman at Studenten), or just see a corner of someones everyday hobbies (e.g. family day at the horseriding school LCR, or a soccer game at the LBK).
And when you meet people that you only talk to occationally it feels great to catch up, and hear the latest news on all small and big things!

My daughter in the school choir, where she had a solo. |

An exiting game of soccer - where my son managed to nutmeg the goalkeeper of the opponents! |
|
Great breakfast on a Sunday morning in the garden with my cousins! Kristina with husband Lars and Helena, all the way from the States, came with lots of nice food, and stories to tell. |
|
Guests from Belgium - Piet and Hilde biked all the way to get here, and
we had some nice days together, before they continued their journey. |
Meeting a lot of people in a short amount of time really makes us sure that we want to go on with our dream - to have a house full of people!
Everything from small "fika" to and big parties, childrens friends, and all our nice family and relatives!
Very welcome!
